The French breed known as ‘Cou Nu’ or ‘Naked Neck’ chicken is widely regarded as a prized breed amongst the prestigious Label Rouge Program in France. The timing of delivery. On my phone it only said 2 day delivery, no estimated delivery dates and I was ordering it to be there a few days before Christmas. I waited to order so that it wouldn’t get there too early. However when I went online to order, almost 2 weeks before Christmas, it said earliest delivery was the 22-24 of December, after my intended recipient was already out of town.

Great experience! Quality of all food was terrific.Packaging was smart and details. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Friends were all impressed with the final product. Great price point for all that's included. Really appreciated the level of detail on all items, from opening box to labels on separate packages you can tell the Traeger team put a lot of thought behind the experience. The only minor improvement I would suggest is tailer the instructions based on the brisket size. It assumes a full packer, I had half so played start time by ear a bit. I would have also liked the option to pick the flat or the point when placing an order for half brisket. But again, great experience!

The quality of the Brisket and seasoning was top shelf! The mac and cheese wasn't the greatest and the size I paid for was "12-14 lbs". Would have been nice to be in the middle of the spectrum instead of the very bottom haha (Mine was 12.1 and after trimming the fat it was probably closer to 10). Will definitely be ordering again if available!

The quality of the Brisket and final taste was amazing!

Everything tasted great!  I had never cooked a brisket before so the videos were helpful.  The only downside was having to check on it and refill with pellets throught out the night.  I probably checked more often than necessary but hadn't cooked anything nearly that long before.

Brisket turned out absolutely perfect - my first ever. Sides were a HIT, the Mac and cheese was especially good, it just had a restaurant quality taste to it. Beans were wonderful as well! I liked the topping for the Mac and the bacon for the beans - it's the plus I like to add to things and you added it for me!

People actually really liked the pickled onion and jalapenos - I would have never thought to add that but it was a hit. I did not eat the nuts or jerky but I'm sure there are guys out there that loved those.

The BBQ sauce was great as well. You really did a fantastic job curating this box. We made the mask for my niece and everything.  

We fed 4 adults in their 30's, and 3 in their 50's and the amount was perfect. I added my own corn bread to round things out since I got the large box that came with two sides. I wish I could have added more sides at an additional cost to get more Mac and Cheese because I feel people would have taken more of that had there been more.

I've also never done full chickens, tri-tip, burnt ends or bacon and would be happy to sign up to receive that type of thing on a monthly or bimonthly basis to get me to try smoking things I might not normally buy on my own. The instructions were super helpful, and very simple. There were a couple points in time where I wish I could have picked up the phone to ask a couple questions about trimming and the wrap process but I figured it out and found more videos to give me a better idea.

All in all it was actually pretty simple, and it turned out buttery perfect. Just WOW.

My in-laws said they would come back and have brisket with us any time. It was a successful day and I was exhausted.

Great cut of meat - the sides were WONDERFUL and everyone was happy and well fed.

I don't know if it was the wagyu or that I'm awesome, but man the brisket turned out good. I love how it was all laid out. Seriously the "treats" for the cook was a super nice touch. Also the little things, like the cow paperclips, nice touch. I didn't need the stickers, I mean crap if I can swing $150 for dinner, probably not putting a sticker on anything. 
The links to trimming, and such from the get ready email were off. 
I like how it is all just ready to roll, but it would have been fun to actually make the stuff, specifically the cornbread and Mac and cheese. Think more home chef. 
The packaging was extremely well thought out. The environmentalist in me would like to have seen something besides styrofoam, but I get it.

The brisket turned out great, but I was nervous, because there was no obvious fat cap, as shown in the video. I was fearful it was going to burn. The sides were great too! The packaging was excellent!

I was surprised that I got 1/2 a brisket. I should have guessed, but still. I like the flat. Also surprising was how sweet the cornbread was and we didn't even add the brown sugar topping. We are from the south of the US and you don't have toppings and honey butter. You could send a dry mix and get better results in my opinion. It was a good meal, but would likely DIY next time.

I thought the quantity and quality of items provided (brisket, bourbon beans, and cornbread) was beyond satisfaction. I have already mentioned the box to the company involved, and several others. My father-in-law was the chef, and appreciated the snacks, butchers paper, and nirile gloves. I am seriously considering purchasing another in the nearby future, and am excited to see what else you may offer in the future.

Loved the Traeger box. Had never cooked a Brisket before on our Traeger Grill and this made it easy. We had the smaller size brisket and the cook time was definitely on the shorter side of 6 hours per part, when I planned for 8 hours per part. However, this was solved by having it rest for 5 hours. Was still great.

Hey all,

First off; the brisket itself was a great cut - I'd be tempted to sign up for a monthly order of just that :)  I'm a pretty experienced cook on the smoker so I didn't use the seasonings or butcher paper provided - but I can see that being useful for a lot of people.  The packaging and presentation were flawless and really "high end".  All printed materials were clear and easy to understand.  On the sides, the baked beans were the best by far. The mac and cheese, while good, was a tad grainy.  The collard greens were not good at all (those are tough).  The corn bred and honey butter were a great touch.  All in all very satisfied.
