Wasatch Wagyu raises 100% full-blood Wagyu beef right in our own backyard of the Wasatch Mountains. Quality, packaging and easy to follow instructions 

Great experience! Quality of all food was terrific.Packaging was smart and details. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Friends were all impressed with the final product. Great price point for all that's included. Really appreciated the level of detail on all items, from opening box to labels on separate packages you can tell the Traeger team put a lot of thought behind the experience. The only minor improvement I would suggest is tailer the instructions based on the brisket size. It assumes a full packer, I had half so played start time by ear a bit. I would have also liked the option to pick the flat or the point when placing an order for half brisket. But again, great experience!

Great quality of product and the amount you get for the price.

The quality of the Brisket and seasoning was top shelf! The mac and cheese wasn't the greatest and the size I paid for was "12-14 lbs". Would have been nice to be in the middle of the spectrum instead of the very bottom haha (Mine was 12.1 and after trimming the fat it was probably closer to 10). Will definitely be ordering again if available!

The quality of the Brisket and final taste was amazing! 

Everything tasted great!  I had never cooked a brisket before so the videos were helpful.  The only downside was having to check on it and refill with pellets throught out the night.  I probably checked more often than necessary but hadn't cooked anything nearly that long before.

I don't know if it was the wagyu or that I'm awesome, but man the brisket turned out good. I love how it was all laid out. Seriously the "treats" for the cook was a super nice touch. Also the little things, like the cow paperclips, nice touch. I didn't need the stickers, I mean crap if I can swing $150 for dinner, probably not putting a sticker on anything. 
The links to trimming, and such from the get ready email were off. 
I like how it is all just ready to roll, but it would have been fun to actually make the stuff, specifically the cornbread and Mac and cheese. Think more home chef. 
The packaging was extremely well thought out. The environmentalist in me would like to have seen something besides styrofoam, but I get it.

The brisket turned out great, but I was nervous, because there was no obvious fat cap, as shown in the video. I was fearful it was going to burn. The sides were great too! The packaging was excellent!

The Poulet Rouge chicken has a unique history born out of a passion for flavor and quality. When Joyce Farms decided they wanted to develop a line of high-quality birds like no other they traveled to France in search of the superior poultry genetics they needed to succeed. Here Joyce Farms was introduced to a breed known as ‘Cou Nu’ or ‘Naked Neck’ chicken. Widely regarded as a prized breed amongst the prestigious Label Rouge Program in France, these birds are known for superior taste, better meat texture, and thin skin that cooks to be nice and crispy.

Joyce Farms decided to bring this breed back to America where it was dubbed the Poulet Rouge chicken and became America’s first and only authentic genetic line from the Label Rouge Program in France. 

The Breed's Heritage

Keeping with tradition, Joyce Farms raises their flock in accordance with many of the standards used in the Label Rouge program. The birds are raised on small family farms in North Carolina where they feed on a wholesome, all-natural vegetarian diet with no animal byproducts. The flock is free from antibiotics, pesticides, and chemicals.

The flock grows up in low density coops and have access to the outdoors. Joyce Farms uses pasture raising methods to encourage natural chicken activity such as running, pecking, and scratching.

They are slow grown and processed at an age of 84 days – well beyond the industry standard of 42 days.

The combination of an all-vegetarian diet, natural lifestyle, and a longer life span results in a bird with slightly darker, more savory meat and an appearance more akin to a traditional chicken with natural muscle development. These birds are an incredibly flavorful reminder of what a chicken should be.

Known for their milder flavor and intense, unique red color, these fish are grown at farm sites in their natural habitat in the Pacific Ocean. Add black garlic salt and a touch of lemon-herb butter to accentuate the salmon’s natural flavor.

Coho salmon is a robust fish grown in its natural habitat – farm sites selected in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Patagonia, Chile. Each farm site is carefully selected for deep, pristine waters and optimum currents. Being grown in the salmon’s natural habitat means the farming process doesn’t require antibiotic treatments, relieves pressure on wild fish stocks, and does not involve any bycatch.

Coho grows almost twice as fast as other salmon species. It also has an intense and unique red flesh color, but a milder, less fishy flavor compared to other species of salmon. The scales on Coho salmon are strong and tight, which makes the need for certain chemical processing treatments unnecessary.

Aysén Coho is evaluated using “sashimi grade”, which is a Japanese concept based on how the processing and harvesting of the fish enables it to be eaten raw. Coho salmon is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, which may contribute to eye, heart, and brain health.
