Prime grade beef is the highest grade of beef in the US and has become synonymous with superior flavor, juiciness, and exclusivity. Prime beef comes from young, healthy cows that traditionally have slightly less marbling than their Wagyu counterparts and typically contain about 8 to 13 percent fat. The USDA awards less than 2 percent of all US meat with a grade of Prime. The marbling on Prime beef is full of rich flavor ready to be enhanced by a kiss of smoke from your Traeger. Brisket turned out absolutely perfect - my first ever. Sides were a HIT, the Mac and cheese was especially good, it just had a restaurant quality taste to it. Beans were wonderful as well! I liked the topping for the Mac and the bacon for the beans - it's the plus I like to add to things and you added it for me!

People actually really liked the pickled onion and jalapenos - I would have never thought to add that but it was a hit. I did not eat the nuts or jerky but I'm sure there are guys out there that loved those.

The BBQ sauce was great as well. You really did a fantastic job curating this box. We made the mask for my niece and everything.  

We fed 4 adults in their 30's, and 3 in their 50's and the amount was perfect. I added my own corn bread to round things out since I got the large box that came with two sides. I wish I could have added more sides at an additional cost to get more Mac and Cheese because I feel people would have taken more of that had there been more.

I've also never done full chickens, tri-tip, burnt ends or bacon and would be happy to sign up to receive that type of thing on a monthly or bimonthly basis to get me to try smoking things I might not normally buy on my own. The instructions were super helpful, and very simple. There were a couple points in time where I wish I could have picked up the phone to ask a couple questions about trimming and the wrap process but I figured it out and found more videos to give me a better idea.

All in all it was actually pretty simple, and it turned out buttery perfect. Just WOW.

My in-laws said they would come back and have brisket with us any time. It was a successful day and I was exhausted.

Great cut of meat - the sides were WONDERFUL and everyone was happy and well fed.

I don't know if it was the wagyu or that I'm awesome, but man the brisket turned out good. I love how it was all laid out. Seriously the "treats" for the cook was a super nice touch. Also the little things, like the cow paperclips, nice touch. I didn't need the stickers, I mean crap if I can swing $150 for dinner, probably not putting a sticker on anything. 
The links to trimming, and such from the get ready email were off. 
I like how it is all just ready to roll, but it would have been fun to actually make the stuff, specifically the cornbread and Mac and cheese. Think more home chef. 
The packaging was extremely well thought out. The environmentalist in me would like to have seen something besides styrofoam, but I get it.

Loved the Traeger box. Had never cooked a Brisket before on our Traeger Grill and this made it easy. We had the smaller size brisket and the cook time was definitely on the shorter side of 6 hours per part, when I planned for 8 hours per part. However, this was solved by having it rest for 5 hours. Was still great.

I was surprised that I got 1/2 a brisket. I should have guessed, but still. I like the flat. Also surprising was how sweet the cornbread was and we didn't even add the brown sugar topping. We are from the south of the US and you don't have toppings and honey butter. You could send a dry mix and get better results in my opinion. It was a good meal, but would likely DIY next time.

First off; the brisket itself was a great cut - I'd be tempted to sign up for a monthly order of just that :)  I'm a pretty experienced cook on the smoker so I didn't use the seasonings or butcher paper provided - but I can see that being useful for a lot of people.  The packaging and presentation were flawless and really "high end".  All printed materials were clear and easy to understand.  On the sides, the baked beans were the best by far. The mac and cheese, while good, was a tad grainy.  The collard greens were not good at all (those are tough).  The corn bred and honey butter were a great touch.  All in all very satisfied.

Great experience! Quality of all food was terrific.Packaging was smart and details. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Friends were all impressed with the final product. Great price point for all that's included. Really appreciated the level of detail on all items, from opening box to labels on separate packages you can tell the Traeger team put a lot of thought behind the experience. The only minor improvement I would suggest is tailer the instructions based on the brisket size. It assumes a full packer, I had half so played start time by ear a bit. I would have also liked the option to pick the flat or the point when placing an order for half brisket. But again, great experience!

Love the simplicity of the instructions and process.  Super fun!

1. Instructions said start with lid closed. All other Traeger instructions say lid open. 2. Half brisket appeared to have come already trimmed so instructions were very confusing. 3. The bacon cooking instructions said 20 minutes then flip and 10 more minutes at 375°. It burned during the first 20 minutes. 4. Brisket was done cooking 5 hours earlier than written instructions predicted, causing two guests to cancel attending. 5. Recipe called for cooking at 200° for initial cook. My traeger’s dial has smoke, 180°, 225° as the scale choices. I tried alternating between 180 and 225 but that caused the Traeger to turn off after one hour, at 1:00am so no heat for two hours until I went to refill the hopper at three hours as suggested by one of your employees via phone call. 
I think you need an insert for cooking a half brisket as many instructions were inaccurate and/or confusing.

The timing of delivery. On my phone it only said 2 day delivery, no estimated delivery dates and I was ordering it to be there a few days before Christmas. I waited to order so that it wouldn’t get there too early. However when I went online to order, almost 2 weeks before Christmas, it said earliest delivery was the 22-24 of December, after my intended recipient was already out of town.

Coho salmon is a robust fish grown in its natural habitat – farm sites selected in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Patagonia, Chile. Each farm site is carefully selected for deep, pristine waters and optimum currents. Being grown in the salmon’s natural habitat means the farming process doesn’t require antibiotic treatments, relieves pressure on wild fish stocks, and does not involve any bycatch.

Coho grows almost twice as fast as other salmon species. It also has an intense and unique red flesh color, but a milder, less fishy flavor compared to other species of salmon. The scales on Coho salmon are strong and tight, which makes the need for certain chemical processing treatments unnecessary.

Aysén Coho is evaluated using “sashimi grade”, which is a Japanese concept based on how the processing and harvesting of the fish enables it to be eaten raw. Coho salmon is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, which may contribute to eye, heart, and brain health.
